Storm Damage Repair to Atlanta Home

A home attic that was then turned into a child’s bedroom suffered from a terrible water loss after a storm hit the Atlanta Metropolitan area. This particular storm in the fall of 2018 produced so much rainwater that the water was entering through the roof in multiple different locations. When our SERVPRO technicians arrived on site, we assessed the damage and then began the water mitigation process. We knew that the most important thing that we needed to do was to repair the roof so that further water damages wouldn’t occur. Once the attic was dried, we then began to remodel the attic to the homeowner and the child’s liking. We painted the attic the child’s favorite color and installed hardwood flooring to bring out the rooms natural lighting. The members of the home highly appreciated our technicians and the reconstruction team.
