Fire Damage to a South Cobb Home

A residential fire loss happened after a chimney was not well ventilated in a South Cobb home. This loss was intense because there was a lot of fire damage that needed to be restored. Our crews responded quickly to the scene and started by putting a tarp on the damaged roof to avoid any further damage. With fire damage, water damage usually will also be present in the loss because to put out a fire there needs to be water. This loss was not only the whole roof needing to be replaced but also the need for the roof structure to be dried out and replaced. In the after image, you can see that the new roof is fully restored, but underneath is a brand new roof structure as well.
