Commercial building apartment in Austell suffered from water damage

When we arrived on the scene of this water damage in an Austell apartment complex, we were relieved that it was not as severe as we assumed. Usually, when an apartment undergoes water damage, the apartments surrounding are also affected. For this job, the apartment was on the last level of the complex and was the only apartment that was affected. When our water restoration technicians arrived, they quickly assessed the damage and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dried out the wet material. After, the apartment resident got approval to replace the flooring that was affected. The resident let us know how thankful they were for our quick response and quality communication.
