Powder Springs Apartment Water Damage

In April of 2019, an apartment building suffered from a water damage loss after a pipe broke. As you can tell in the before image, the water damaged carpet and drywall. The damage was in a small closet under the tenets stairs that they were using for storage. All of the tenets' belongings were restored and dried out. The tenet was fortunate to have SERVPRO of South Cobb on the scene within a few hours of being notified. Our SERVPRO crew removed the wet materials and dried out space. We then got approval to insert new carpet and shoe molding in the small area.
